I bought a 2007 G35x last year from Doug Foley. I had been researching vehicles for over a year and decided to take a test drive after looking at other manufacturers. Doug brought the car out to Lake Oswego, I took it for a test drive, and purchased it that afternoon. Best car decision ever! I've had some improvements done on it, and the 30K maintenance a few months ago. The service department is consistently quick and complete. I take the car in to get it washed every week or so, the technicians are always responsive and thorough. Completely professional staff and service, will be back for the next version of the G??x series. The new location is outstanding as well. Highly recommended.

This was the second Inifiniti we have bought from Beaverton Inifiniti and once again it was an easy experience. We bought a G-35 in 2006 but were ready to upgrade to AWD and decided we loved our G so much we just get a Gx and did so. The upgrade from the 35 to the 37x and 6-years is a real upgrade and we already LOVE the car. Daniel was a joy to work with and took time to ensure everything was handled well. While we rushed him through showing us some of the features due to a previous engagement we had to get to, he offered to work with us at a future date for more tutorial work or to answer questions we may have by then. Beaverton Inifiniti is highly recommended!

I have visited Bvtn Infiniti many times in the past and have always enjoyed searching for cars there even when I didn't find the right one. This weekend I went all over the place and BI had the exact car I wanted. I am glad I was able to finally purchase from them as they've always treated me professionally and with a relaxed manner. No pressure, just easy going individuals who do their best to make you comfortable. I'll be back in the future for sure.

Even though I wasn't even in the same country at the time of my purchase, Doug Ness was very prompt in answering any questions I had and very helpful in providing assistance to my purchasing agent. From ordering the vehicle, to updates while the vehicle was being shipped, to final delivery, the dealership was absolutely stellar in providing the latest information. I already had the provisions for the auto loan, so there was little the finance officer had to do beyond confirming the fund transfer and finalizing the paperwork. Overall, an exceptionally positive experience. I would gladly buy my next car from this dealership.

Chris did a great job showing me almost every pre-owned car on the lot, and once I settled on one, the purchase process was as smooth as I could hope. The financing they offered beat any rate I was able to find on my own, too.

Jaimetaylorpdx This was the best car buying experience I' ;ve ever had. Doug Ness worked with me for hours while I test drove different cars. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. He's a true professional and really wants you to be happy with the decision you make. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and professional, this is what car buying should be like. I've also taken my car into the service department (no issues, just clear coating) and I can say that it is top notch as well. I was in and out with my loaner in 15 minutes and my car was ready when they said it would be ready.
   

Izzy was great. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he had one on the lot. He did not try to talk me into anything else and knew alot about the features of the car. He went the extra mile for us a few weeks prior to us buying the car and we very much appreciated that. Tony in the Service Department is wonderful. He always remembers my name and explains everything in a calm and thoughtful way. Of course, we really enjoy the Infiniti. It was our first choice when we were ready to trade in our previous Infiniti.
   

Portland Okie Israel Garza aka. "Izzy" did a great job providing a sales experience second to none. He knew the features of the new EX35 and did a great job explaining them all. We test drove a couple of vehicles and during both test drives he was very helpful. No pressure, just a great friendly, professional buying experience. The only pressure came from the finance person who wanted to sell the add on coverage items and would not take no for an answer. After telling him no twice, I finally relented and bought items that I really regret. The whole buying experience took almost 6 hours. My advise is, pack a lunch. At the end of the day, I was worn out. I will say this was no different than any other new car I have bought in the past. I loved the new location and the improved accommodations.
   

My vehicle was a 2008 Acura and it had some minor clean up items - their service staff was excellent at making sure the vehicle was delivered to me as per my expectations. Great group of people at Beaverton Infiniti!

I have purchased over 15 cars in my life and this purchase was one of the best ones ever. The sales rep, manager and internal sales manager were all very easy to work with. They were honest and did not pressure me at all. The took me on a tour of the facility(first time), introduced me personally to my customer service rep(first time), and then before they gave me my car filled the tank, detailed the car again and then sent a thank you the next day. I would purchase a car from these guys again and again!
   

am so impressed with my experience at your dealership but the best part was your associate Doug Foley, that helped me. He was so patient in explaining all the computer capabilities not only then but I have gone back a few times and he has gone over it again with this 80 year old woman. When he called to see how I was doing and I told him I could not get the garage door opener to work he volunteered to drive 45 miles and help me (I said no). To me that's going above and beyond his duties. Please tell him how much he's appreciated as I was very apprehensive over the experience of getting a different car but he made it easy. I would highly recommend the folks at Beaverton Infiniti. We leased a new car from them in 2010 and subsequently had a baby that changed our car needs from a two door coupe to a four door sedan. A simply inquiry on the internet had me in contact with the General Manager Dave Burdeaux, who worked out a deal for us that was could not have been better. He arranged for us to meet Doug Ness on a Sunday and our car was ready to be picked up when we arrived. Everyone was polite, cordial and welcoming while we awaited the final detailing of our car. We received exceptionally treatment and a superb value. I would not hesitate for a moment to acquire another car from Beaverton Infiniti.
   

We've purchased/leased at least 4 cars from Beaverton Infiniti in 20+ years which truly says something about the quality of service your company provides as well as how much we love driving Infinitis. The salesmen we've worked with (Doug Foley this time) have been professional, treat us with respect and without pressure and I always feel that I am driving away with the car and the deal we wanted not the deal the sales force wanted us to take
   

This is the second QX56 I have bought along with referring over 3 friends in the past 18 months that have purchased vehicles there. Dealership is obviously under great leadership as communication from sales--finance--service seems to be very tight. Well run organization with great people.

Tuan was extremely helpful in showing us the available stock, listened to what our needs were and did not push vehicles that did not fit our criteria. The entire experience lasted a couple of hours and we drove away very satisfied.

I have leased a G35 and subsequently a G37 coupe. While I loved my coupe I thought that after 7 years of Infinity I "should" branch out. I researched and test drove the typical competitors like Audi and BMW which also offer very good cars but when I sat down to talk numbers I wasn't satisfied. I went back to Beaverton Infinity. They greeted me like a family member and more importantly they treated me like a family member giving me a great price on an almost new EX35. I wasn't sure I would ever enjoy another car as much as I enjoyed my G37 coupe but I do. The Infinity products are the best combination of performance and value and the dealership made it very easy to continue to be a loyal Infinity customer.
   

Our Purchase was a very complicated one, but with the help the these 2 top notch employees we got the great car we wanted at a great price. They took the time and care with us that we needed.

I used to sell cars for a living and so I have a pretty good eye for reputable car salesmen and the dealerships they work for, and I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. I bought a CPO'd 2008 QX56 on 12/20/11 from this dealership. I went through the Internet Sales department. Doug and Shane were very knowledgeable and low pressure salespeople. The team was willing to negotiate and I feel I got a very good price, especially for a vehicle that is in perfect condition. They even let me take it home for a night, which was very helpful in my decision process. David in finance was also good to work with and was willing to negotiate on the "new car" extended warranty. I highly recommend this dealership.
