We experienced an excellent and friendly sales representative. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car industry and the car we were interested in seeking. There was no judgment in dropping any optional choices.He wanted us happy with the deal. We are grateful for office staff as well.
My service rep Aaron did a great job processing my car warranty and getting my 2017 QX50 back on the road for my upcoming trip. Service was better than I could’ve imagined! From the time I arrived to the time I left was two hours. That included test drive and viewing different vehicles. Anthony and Angel were absolutely amazing!
Fantastic customer service! We are from out of town and our 2023 QX60 battery died in Vancouver. Since diagnostics were needed before a battery issue could be confirmed, we got a jump and were told by Carlos that we could come right over to Beaverton INFINITI. We were given a loaner vehicle and were able to pick up our car with a new battery (under warranty) the next day. Thanks Carlos for helping us out during a very stressful time.

Five stars is not enough for the incredible service department at Beaverton INFINITI! I just brought my INFINITI QX60 Autograph in for its first interval maintenance, and the results were well beyond excellence.
My service advisor, Trevor McCoy, and the technicians are simply the best in the business. Trevor went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. When I got my SUV back, it was running incredibly smoothly, as the tech team had fine-tuned the drive computer perfectly. To top it all off, the exterior detailing gleamed beautifully as if it were brand-new right off the showroom floor.

Diagnosed a mechanical issue in my QX 60 very quickly. Sympathetic of my very costly repair and did not scoff when I decided to get the work done elsewhere. They have always been fair and honest for the last 5yrs that I have been going there.
Trevor was INFINITIly better than people at other service departments.
Angel was amazing at detailing all the features and benefits of the QX80 we purchased! He was a large reason we decided to go with the QX80 over any other manufacturer we were looking at. He took the time to show us everything and acted as though he had all the time in the world to spend with us. This made our car buying experience one of the best!!

Came in for diagnostic suspecting my turbos were going on my q50. And they were. Awsome service Aaron was very helpful and my cars turbos warranty expires 2027 they got the warranty approved and installed new turbos had the car back in 8 days. Very greatful for how quick they got it done definitely will be coming back.

Waiting room needs a bit of an upgrade for the type of auto dealership they are but Trevor was wonderful and kept in touch in order to be fully transparent about what was needed. Car buying is rarely easy or fun but Jeff Holley and Ben did such a wonderful job. It was as efficient and enjoyable as possible. I am very happy with the customer service and the service done on my car. I had to get an evaluation on my car and then had to get spark plugs, battery and a coil replaced and from start to finish it was easy and not at all stressful. The person who helped me was Christian, he was very helpful and informative with everything. I got all the service done is technically one day and was very happy with the result.
