Diagnosed a mechanical issue in my QX 60 very quickly. Sympathetic of my very costly repair and did not scoff when I decided to get the work done elsewhere. They have always been fair and honest for the last 5yrs that I have been going there.
Trevor was INFINITIly better than people at other service departments.
Angel was amazing at detailing all the features and benefits of the QX80 we purchased! He was a large reason we decided to go with the QX80 over any other manufacturer we were looking at. He took the time to show us everything and acted as though he had all the time in the world to spend with us. This made our car buying experience one of the best!!

Sure it could’ve been a bit faster, but they went above and beyond in making my new (to me) car clean, and even removed the BOB LANPHERE badge on the back at my request. Came in for diagnostic suspecting my turbos were going on my q50. And they were. Awsome service Aaron was very helpful and my cars turbos warranty expires 2027 they got the warranty approved and installed new turbos had the car back in 8 days. Very greatful for how quick they got it done definitely will be coming back.

I am very happy with the customer service and the service done on my car. I had to get an evaluation on my car and then had to get spark plugs, battery and a coil replaced and from start to finish it was easy and not at all stressful. The person who helped me was Christian, he was very helpful and informative with everything. I got all the service done is technically one day and was very happy with the result. I did my first 5000-mile maintenance with Aaron Brock at Beaverton INFINITI since I bought my CPO Q50 from a WA INFINITI dealership. The WA dealership sold me the car with two problems: oil drain plug overtightened and unable to be removed for oil change; one-side roof drip molding was sticking out. I have an older car that needs a few things repaired. Aaron was very sympathetic and understanding, suggested a plan to get the important things done first.
I came in for a replacement of my alternator. Aaron, my Service coordinator, was excellent. Two days later, I got my car with all systems checked. But I could see that the mechanics disconnected the battery, as my clock was missing time, and my radio presets were wiped. Battery stores plug a pack into the cigarette lighter, to avoid this.
Everyone was very professional, efficient and took care of my concerns seamlessly.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. Several aspects of the sale were misrepresented, which ultimately would have changed my decision to buy the car.
First, there was damage to the paint that was hidden under a dealer badge. When the badge was removed, the damage was revealed. The dealership reluctantly agreed to repair it, but the fix was completely inadequate. The trunk ended up with significant orange peel texture, and within a week, the paint started flaking off.

We had the pleasure of purchasing our 2019 INFINITI QX60 from salesperson Jeff Holley. Jeff was great to deal with and our purchase experience was the best we have ever had. He handled the paperwork regarding our financing and purchase from start to finish. This is our 3rd INFINITI that we have purchased used and our 2nd from this dealer.
I wanted to test drive a Bentley.This salesman named Anthony never showed his face for my appointment. They said I could only drive the Bentley in the parking lot. Everyone at this dealership is an ego maniac,and they not only over price vehicles,they treat you like a complete idiot. I drive up in my Lexus LX570 and act like I am not qualified.
